If you're ordering multiple items, they may ship separately due to us working with different manufacturers.

  • Our cases are compatible with most wireless chargers.

Are they magsafe?

  • Our cases are not magsafe compatible.

Note: Even though our cases are highly protective and offer 360° protection, we cannot promise that they will protect your phone against all situations.

Order tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email which will contain your tracking number. You will also receive email updates when your order is out for delivery and when it is delivered.

Returns:

30-Day Returns

Our products are made-to-order, meaning they are made especially for you once an order is placed. This allows us to reduce overproduction and leads to less waste, which is good for the planet! Due to our made-to-order business model, we don't accept returns/refunds or replacements for buyer's remorse.

If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement/refund if contacted within 30 days from product delivery. You can contact us by using our contact form or emailing us at shopstellacases@gmail.com. You must send a photo of the error or damage. Shipping expenses are your responsibility unless claims are deemed an error on our part.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense. Claims not deemed an error on our part are the responsibility of your local usps, so we urge you to reach out to them for any issues.

Shipped orders become the responsibility of DHL/USPS. If your package was stolen, please contact your local USPS for a solution.
